Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which allows you to request a return within 30 days after receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

Items sent back to us prior to requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Return Exceptions

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping cost

We offer free shipping and delivery on all orders placed through this website

International Shipping

We offer free International shipping and delivery to New Zealand.

International orders are processes within 3-5 business days.

Check the status of your order

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you have not received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at nationalsales@citizenwatches.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O boxes

Due to the value of our products, unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO boxes, as all orders require a signature upon delivery.
